ITCell Siga-me (Follow me)

ITCell Siga-me is a solution for small businesses and professionals who want to be available at all times for customer service.

It allows the redirection of incoming calls on a fixed line, to a destination cell phone (follow-me), enabling remote answering of company calls. All this with a lower cost (depending on the plan contracted in the Sim Card inserted in the equipment) than the similar service that would be offered by the telephone companies.

ITCell Siga-me still allows the lowest cost route for calls originated in the company, thus reducing telephone costs.

Functionalities

Agenda for 210 Call Back numbers;
1 Follow-me number;
Call Back * function: allows external employees to communicate with the company at reduced cost or even at zero cost, depending on the plan contracted with the cellular operator.
Control List *: Configuration of the phonebook that allows calls exclusively to registered numbers or the opposite, prohibiting calls to certain numbers. This function allows greater control over the calls made, increasing the reduction in expenses.
Programming via USB: through the programming software it is possible to program ITCell Follow-me, speeding up the process of installing and using its features.
The software is used through communication between a computer and ITCell Follow-me via USB cable.
SMS sending: through ITCell software, it is possible to send SMS to specific numbers or to groups;
Quadriband: ITCell Siga-me operates with GSM technology, in all frequencies available in the Brazilian market, that is, regardless of the operator to be used, ITCell Siga-me will work.
Call timing *: allows you to schedule the time limit for calls made and received, allowing greater control of your account;
