Functionalities

• Small, discreet product;
• It has isolation of up to 1000V from the telephone line;
• Easy installation, just connect the equipment to the computer and the telephone line;
• Call identification in DTMF and FSK;
• Identification of up to 22 digits, that is, the IC Box is compatible with 9 digits;
• Power coming from the USB port, with consumption of approximately 30mA;
• Allows configuration for automatic identification of DTMF signaling, such as Oi, NetFone and Telefônica, or FSK, such as GVT. It also allows fixed identification in DTMF or fixed in FSK;
• Detects the state of the telephone line (telephone on-hook and telephone off-hook or disconnected line);
• Gain setting for situations where the intensity is very low;
• Generates events for identified incoming connection, incoming connection answered, incoming connection closed, identified outgoing connection and closed outgoing connection;
• Possibility of dialing in DTMF, allowing, for example, to dial the number in the software, making the call only when the phone is lifted;
• If there is more than one phone line, the IC Box allows you to assign an identification code (3 digits) to each device, facilitating the recognition of the source of the call;
• Enables firmware update.
• Each part serves only one telephone line, however, it is possible to use more than one IcBox on the same computer. For this it is necessary that the computer has an available USB port.
